★Corporate Solution Consultant

★Manager, Global Training – Curriculum & Program Development

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Build and implement global T&D strategy aligned with company objectives

• Lead the global T&D team

• Supervisory responsibility for direct reports

• Provide functional oversight to regional T&D organizations

• Implement train the trainer programs and develop function specific programs to build internal development capability

• Monitor the effectiveness of T&D programs (develop and maintain OKRs)

• Develop, implement, and manage global communication strategy with a focus on best practice sharing

• Optimize client/vendor management to meet global and local needs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Training/Organizational Development, Business or related field

• 8+ years of progressive, relevant work experience, including experience identifying, designing, and delivering high-impact learning solutions

• Experience in a managerial/supervisory position

• Proficiency with MS Office Applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Must demonstrate excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills

• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve desired results

• Proven ability to build strong working relationships internal and external to Human Resources and effectively collaborate with all levels of management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with a Training Management System.

★AI & Digital Transformation

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Advise corporate clients on AI adoption strategies and digital transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives

• Analyze organizational processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI, automation, and digital solutions

• Design and implement customized digital transformation roadmaps for clients across various industries

• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and executive presentations on AI trends, digital innovation, and organizational transformation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technology-driven business solutions and strategic recommendations

• Support clients in change management, workforce upskilling, and digital capability development

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction

• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to provide forward-thinking consulting solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Organizational Development, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in corporate consulting, digital transformation, AI strategy, or related fields

• Strong understanding of AI applications, business process optimization, and digital technologies

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver strategic solutions effectively

• Experience facilitating corporate workshops, training programs, or consulting engagements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI tools, cloud technologies, or enterprise digital platforms

• Knowledge of change management methodologies and organizational transformation strategies

• International business or cross-cultural consulting experience preferred
